1. What Jolt is
Jolt is a suite of productivity tools for operators — professionals who use platforms like WhatsApp to run their business. One subscription gives you access to all Jolt tools across joltwork.app, format.joltwork.app, and network.joltwork.app.
Jolt is operated by Burgundy Avenue, Lda., a company registered in Portugal.
2. Who can use Jolt
Jolt is intended for adults (18 and older) using the tools for professional or business purposes. It is not designed for personal consumer use.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are using Jolt for professional purposes.
3. Subscription and payment
Jolt is offered at EUR 5/month (early access pricing). Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month.
You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you retain access to Jolt until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Jolt as intended. You may not:
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to scrape or reverse-engineer Jolt
- Resell or sublicense access to Jolt
- Use WhatsApp-based tools in ways that violate Meta's Terms of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. At this stage, Jolt does not offer a service-level agreement (SLA). We may modify, limit, or discontinue any tool with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual property
Jolt and its platform are owned by Burgundy Avenue, Lda. The content you process through Jolt tools remains yours. We claim no rights to any content you provide.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Portuguese law, Burgundy Avenue, Lda. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Jolt. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to Jolt in the three months preceding the claim.
